Paper Submission

Paper Formatting Instructions 

Papers must be submitted as Microsoft Word documents (.doc).

Papers must be written in English only and they should be 5 -10 pages in length.

Each paper should include an up-to 200 words abstract, which clearly presents the achievement or contribution of the paper, and 3-5 keywords best describing the paper.

Paper font: Times New Roman

Page size: JIS B5 (width = 18,2 cm / length = 25,7 cm)

Margins: Top, Bottom, Left, Right = 2,5 cm, Header / Footer = 1,5 cm

Paper text: Justified

Paper Title: 14 pt.

Author Name: 10 pt.

Author Affiliation: 9 pt.

Abstract: 9 pt.

Keywords: 9 pt.

Main text: 10 pt.

First line indentation: 1 cm.

Title of subsections: 12 pt. / Bold.

References: 9 pt.

The extended abstract must be written in English only and should not exceed one page. The abstract must include proposed paper title, authors and keywords. The names of the authors must be ordered by Name, followed by Surname.

Papers must be written in English only and they should be 5 -10 pages.

The conference proceedings will be published locally with an ISBN.

Each paper should include an up-to 200 words abstract, which clearly presents the achievement or contribution of the paper, and 3-5 keywords best describing the paper.

The submission must be an original work that has not been published or submitted elsewhere. A signed copyright form will be requested for papers accepted for publishing.

Each submitted extended abstract will be blind reviewed by at least two reviewers.

At least one author must register for the conference and present the paper. Only the papers of the registered authors will be included in the proceedings (at least one author of the paper has paid a registration fee; no multiple papers per one registration fee).

The authors are responsible for preparing the final manuscript in time for its inclusion in the conference proceedings.
